Dr. Patrick Jones's career has always been about helping people work better. He began as an elementary educator, moved into school administration as an assistant principal, and ultimately served as a Director of Technology for a school district. That journey gave him something rare: deep pedagogical instincts combined with serious technical expertise.
He holds a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, qualifying him to lead at the superintendent level. But his passion lies in a different direction: helping organizations of all verticals across the country unlock the full potential of their Microsoft 365 investment. That background in education is precisely what makes his training approach different from typical IT consultants.
At AuditSolv, Patrick leads the MSaaS (Microsoft as a Service) division, providing direct, hands-on support to IT administrators navigating Microsoft's cloud ecosystem. Through Olympus Academy, he offers courses covering Microsoft 365 for two audiences: everyday users who want to build real, practical skills in the tools they use every day, and IT professionals looking to better understand and leverage the full range of resources available in their Microsoft tenant.
